A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position. The space The entrance to the apartment is accessed from the driveway down four steps to your small patio area. From there, the front door leads straight into the living room with three-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. The living space is open plan with a kitchen table and chairs that leads on to a well-equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom is large with a large kingsized bed, sofa, TV and wardrobe.
