Cumbria House is located in centre of Keswick, close to all the local amenities and at the doorstep of the dramatic Northern Lakes. We offer room-only stays for individuals & couples. We have everything you need to make your stay special including private off-street parking, en-suite rooms with spectacular views, super-fast wifi, and drying room. This listing is for room 8 which is on the 3rd floor of the house, so although there are several stairs to climb the views are well worth the effort! The space Room 8 is a large en-suite room on the 3rd floor of the property with double windows and stunning views over St John's church to the Newlands Fells. The bed is a super king with Sealy Windermere mattress. Guest access The house is perfectly situated being only two minutes from the town centre, and a short walk down to Derwentwater (short enough to walk there in your wetsuit if you're a swimmer!). Private parking is rare in Keswick however we have space for 7 cars so no need to search the streets for a space. Our place is perfect for guests who either like to skip breakfast, make their own breakfast, or who enjoy a late breakfast at a cafe after a long lie in. Our dining room is available if you're bringing your own breakfast, and also if you'd prefer a takeaway for lunch or in the evenings instead of eating out. There's a fridge for your food, and all the cutlery and crockery you need. We take your dishes away to be washed. You are also welcome to use our beautiful ground floor lounge.
