This unique accommodation experience has two cabins adjacent yet private from each other. Each has its own story inspired by New Zealand pioneers which led to the naming of the property - The Two Tales. This listing is for the first cabin, Cotton Candy - named after the finest woman pilot of the golden age of aviation Jean Batten. The space Your cabin is set upon private rural land with expansive views out across valley farmland and beyond to the majestic Southern Alps and New Zealand's tallest peaks - Mount Cook & Mount Tasman. There are a total of two 21 square meter cabins situated near each other and this listing is for Cabin One - Cotton Candy. The cabin's interior has been inspired Jeans story and designed with her essence and personality in mind. There is plenty of wide-open space around the cabins, but please note there may be other guests occupying Cabin Number Two. Your cabin offers a comfortable queen bed, quality linen and a compact kitchen/kitchenette if you prefer to cook. Note there is no full oven, but there is a microwave. The bedroom/kitchenette/dining and living is open plan (in the same room as per photos) with an ensuite and high-pressure shower. Step outside onto the deck/balcony and soak up some of the best views in New Zealand, dine alfresco and soak in your own outdoor bath large enough for two people. Guest access The entire cabin, deck and immediate outdoor spaces including the deck/balcony and outdoor bath are exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Fox Glaciers main attraction is flying up onto the glaciers, so you will see and hear helicopters from the cabin. The cabins are new and the landscaping is still in the process of growing to provide complete privacy between the cabins. The cabins are for adults only, unfortunately they are not safe for children.
