Welcome to Xanadu... A Secluded & Relaxing Waterfront Oasis. Completely renovated and updated. Fully air-conditioned 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1,800sf house with magnificent views of Elizabeth Harbour and Stocking Island. 2 King suites, 1 with ensuite. 3rd. bedroom hosts a Queen. Wifi. 2 patios for finding some 'me' time. A large deck that spans the front of the house to catch up on rays in one of the chaise lounges, relax on the couch and watch the boats sail into the Harbour or dine alfresco with the outside dining table that seats 4-6 people, all the while watching the ever changing magical hues of the turquoise water. Indoors- enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, 5 burner gas stove, elec. oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc... stocked pantry. Everything you need, just add your groceries. Dining table that fits 6-8 people. Large sunroom overlooking the deck and the harbour. Netflix and a library of DVD's in the tv room. Also games and puzzles if you care to take a day off from exploring. Mere steps to the waters edge. A rock shoreline with steps leading into the water is perfect for snorkeling and hunting for sand dollars. (Snorkel gear included.) Also 3 kayaks and 1 paddle baord. Xanadu is 10 minutes from the airport. Walking distance to a grocery store and liquor store. 3 minute drive to the closest beach, Jolly Hall Beach (One of the ones you can see from the house. And one of our faves.) Numerous restaurants less than 5 minutes away. We do suggest renting a car so you can explore Exuma and what it has to offer... Rental boats available at Minns Water Sports. Take an excursion to swim with the pigs, play with the iguanas and snorkel in Thunderball Grotto where they filmed a couple of Bond, James Bond movies. ;) Possibilities are endless... Fill your days with adventures. Or relax and do nothing. The choice is yours..........
