Today, we’re channeling those relaxed, SoCal coastal vibes in our recently constructed luxury guest house with separate street entrance and private yard, ready to host all your California dreams. Why settle for an overpriced hotel when you can have your very own South Bay Bungalow? The space Our bungalow was newly constructed in 2022, and is a clean, modern space designed to be the perfect break between trips to the beach, restaurants, and sight-seeing activities in LA. It packs a punch with a 500 sq. ft. open space studio layout with full kitchen and coffee bar, private bathroom, stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and so much more. We’ve truly thought of every comfort with just the right amount of luxury, and trust you’ll feel like you’re staying in a fantastic hotel suite (with the added benefits of total privacy and your own outdoor space). The queen-size Murphy bed lowers and lifts effortlessly, revealing a comfortable sleeping area with closet and drawer space on each side for clothes, so you can get them out of luggages and onto hangers/shelves. A great night's rest is guaranteed on the 12'' gel memory foam mattress. The custom-fit modular couch is great for lounging in front of the 50” flatscreen TV. Cook a full meal in the mini chef's kitchen, or order takeout - there’s room to do both (including a small dining table that doubles as a work space). Connect your favorite playlists to the ceiling Bluetooth system, or relive days past with the vintage record player (with the Beach Boys greatest hits ready to roll). The fenced-in front yard is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, soak up some afternoon sun, or sip an evening cocktail. You’ll never have to worry about parking with the option of a dedicated driveway space and ample street parking. NOTE: The exterior of the property is under video surveillance. Guest access For your convenience, we have a smart lock with digital code available for easy, autonomous check-in and check-out.
