Equipped with air hockey and several board games to play with friends or family. Enjoy the fire pit in the back yard to roast all the s’mores you can eat. Just a two minute walk to the lake and a short drive to local hotspots like Blue Hole for some fun in the sun or the Pumpback reservoir to fish or kayak. The space Six guests will fit comfortably. Eight guest maximum with a queen size air mattress available. Please be mindful if you bring pets. The dogs in the neighborhood roam and may not be friendly to other dogs/pets. If this may cause issues, please leave your pets inside or at home. Property does not have WiFi, cable TV or satellite - a variety of movies and games are available. Phone signal may be sketchy, depending on your service. Other things to note Neighborhood boat ramp is available to launch your water craft. Surrounding boat dock are privately owned - please be respectful. Swim at your own risk. Be advised, the Pump Back in the neighborhood cove can create a strong undertow. It is recommended to wear a life-vest and stay within the boat ramp area. Host is not responsible for any accidents. Other water sport options include, Blue Hole Water Park - a natural spring swimming area, only a 5 minute drive away - $15/car. HIGHLY recommend you wear some type of water shoes that will stay on your feet. Pump Back reservoir is minutes away and great for no motor boat fishing, dock fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. No swimming is allowed.
