The location is central and perfect for getting around the city easily. You’ll enjoy being close to Quito’s commercial area, while still experiencing the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood, just a few steps away from restaurants, shops, and important attractions. 🌿✨ Guest access 💻 The suite offers great spaces for coworking, either inside the suite or on the building’s terrace, which provides a perfect environment to work or relax. 🌿 🧺 Laundry: On the same floor, just 10 meters from the suite, there is a laundry room where you can wash and dry a full load of laundry for $2. 🚗 Free covered parking 🏊‍♂️ Guests can enjoy excellent shared amenities in the building: - Swimming pool - Whirlpool / Jacuzzi - Sauna - Gym - Game room - Rooftop cinema All common areas can be reserved online free of charge. The information will be sent once the reservation is confirmed. Other things to note 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the suite, on the balcony, or in any area of the building, as this is part of the community rules. In case of non-compliance, the building administration will apply a $25 fine per incident. 👟 Shoes Please avoid stepping on the carpets or getting on the bed or sofa with shoes. At the entrance you will find a space designated for leaving your street shoes. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to use these facilities or you may receive a fine from the building administration. 🔑 Access Tags The electronic tags used to open the doors (they are not keys) are valuable devices.
