The space Welcome to The Sonsoleá Host - a collection of vacation homes in the town of Luquillo that we own, remodeled, clean and host. Check out our profile to read our story and see other homes. The Dream Beach House is our only fully private beach home, located steps form the beach in the heart of an authentic community. First bedroom has a queen size bed, black out curtains for better sleep comfort, cold a/c, antique armoire and seating area. Second bedroom has two twin beds, cold a/c and black out curtain. Living Room has a queen size sofabed, TV with netflix. A/c's inside bedrooms will cool the entire house. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook a proper meal. Front porch has street view and hammock. Back patio is used to hosting long night conversations, a true gem with outdoor dinning table, outdoor shower, string lights and lots of plants including fruit trees like guanabana, banana and papaya. House has a historic feel to it with 12 foot high ceilings and colonial architecture. Our 80 year old neghibor's family, Paquito, used to own the house. He says that it was the first house on the street and that his grandmother was borned there! It used to be made of wood back then. Cleaning Protocols: We own, host and clean the houses ourselves. Strict cleaning and desinfection protocols are in place. Upon check in guests will recieve cleaning certificate and a copy of the protocol summary. Our main priority is to keep our guests (and ourselves, ofcourse) safe. Guest access House is completley private. There are no other units on permises. Luquillo town is home to many festivals with artesians and live music. Loud music is part of Puertorican idiosyncrasy. There is noise potential in the area, kids playing on the street and music every now and then. House has two a/c units (one in each bedroom). They are strong enough to cool entire house. Ativities ☼ I can gurantee you will find a different activity for every day of your stay. We love trip planning, feel free to ask away. Just to get you pumped up: Our location is great because you have La Pared Beach, restaurants and Town Square within walking distance. The water just infront of the house is too wavy for swimming but just a 9 min walk away the reef breaks the waves and water is great for non professional surfers like us. - Luquillo is known for its beautiful sunrises. - Biggest Turtle in the World (El Tinglar) hatches at La Pared. - El Yunque Rainforest is within a 2 minute drive (waterfalls, hiking, rope swings into rivers, natural river slides). - Luquillo is famous for its 80 kiosks by the water where you will find dozens of restaurants with live music, bars and gift shops. - Horseback riding. - Catamrans. - Snorkeling . - Surfing classes & professional surfing. - Fajardo is just a 15 minute drive away.
