Welcome to a non-smoking walkout basement fully furnished cozy apartment for two Comfortable living space with many extras, including a full kitchen, a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, drip and Kurig coffee makers. We have a 43" Fire TV with full internet and streaming capabilities. Entrance to Lake Pueblo State Park is just 5 miles away. Please note that we do not allow pets and do not allow smoking on the premises, and do not accept anyone who smokes even if it is off the premises. Other things to note Please note that we cannot allow pets due to heath issues. Unfortunately, we cannot allow service or emotional support animals. We have an exemption on file with AirBnb in this regard. Also, we do not have accommodations for infants or children due to unsecured furniture and no blocks on electrical outlets.
