Sunday Pond Cabin is a quiet backcountry cabin located less than two miles to Baxter State Park, offering off-grid comfort and forested pond views. This private cabin sleeps up to six on wooden bunks (max 12 with floor space) and features a porch, fire pit, gray water sink, and detached vault toilet. Available May through November, it's an ideal spot to unplug, explore, and reconnect with nature on your own terms. The space Private, rustic cabin with no running water, no heat, no electricity. Features a large porch, fire pit, gray water sink, and detached vault toilet. Cabin sleeps 6 people (3 bunk beds) but cabin will accommodate up to 12 people (MAX), sleeping on floor. Be sure to pack a sleeping mat, sleeping bag, and pillow. To help you prepare for a safe and comfortable stay, please note the following: Water: There is no potable water on-site. Please bring your own. Cooking: No indoor cooking facilities are available. Bring your own camp stove or Jetboil, which may only be used outdoors. Water Disposal: Each cabin includes an indoor gray water drainage sink. Lighting: Cabins are not equipped with indoor lighting. Pets: Dogs are welcome! $25 fee per dog/per night. Leave No Trace: We follow Leave No Trace principles. Please pack out all food, trash, and gear. Guest access Entire Cabin & Property Other things to note No running water, no heat, no electricity.
