Our housekeeper, who lives just a few doors down, is amazing and ensures that the space is always well-managed and sparkling clean. Guest access This is a private apartment that gives you exclusive access to all its features and amenities. Enjoy a small private balcony that overlooks the shared yard and grills. While laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants in the building, we provide laundry detergent to make things easy for you. Other things to note We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so here are a few things to be aware of: 1. This is a 4-unit apartment building, so you may hear some noise from other tenants from time to time. However, we've taken steps to minimize noise and ensure that your stay is as peaceful as possible. 2. Laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants. But don't worry, we provide laundry detergent so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. 3. We provide two private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building. Please make sure to park only in these spots and not in the neighboring spots. 4. The AC is a through wall AC unit in the living room.
