We've gone above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, outfitting the space with all the amenities you need, including dishware, cookware, extra linens, and towels. Plus, the 4K smart TV and coffee bar (with both single-serve and full pot brew options) are sure to keep you entertained and caffeinated! Our housekeeper, who lives just a few doors down, is amazing and ensures that the space is always well-managed and sparkling clean. Guest access Guests have full access to all parts of their private apartment by way of a code on the door. Enjoy use of the balcony, the shared laundry room just inside the building entrance, and the large outdoor yards shared with other tenants. Guests may also make use of the charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and picnic table in the yard if it is available. Other things to note We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so here are a few things to be aware of: This is a 4-unit apartment building, so you may hear some noise from other tenants from time to time. However, we've taken steps to minimize noise and ensure that your stay is as peaceful as possible. Laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants. But don't worry, we provide laundry detergent so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. The internet modem in this apartment serves this unit and the one next to it. Guests booking this unit will be expected to keep the modem plugged in and help uss coordinate rebooting if there are any issues. We provide two private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building. Please make sure to park only in these spots and not in the neighboring spots. The AC is a through wall AC unit in the living room. We provide fans to move that around into the bedrooms but it is not central AC We provide YoutubeTV for live TV and show recording. You are welcome to sign into your own streaming services, just make sure to sign back out of them before check ouy! Because this is a FireTV it will not be possible to sign into your prime video account.
