The living room, dining area, master bedroom, and the large open deck all enjoy amazing views. Best yet is the complete renovation that was recently accomplished in 4407 Ocean Club. Everything is new, from the flooring to the kitchen, the furniture to the bathrooms, you will be done looking for a vacation destination once you find 4407 Ocean Club. As you enter the home, the wide plank white oak hardwood flooring leads you through to the dining room and living room flanked with shiplap walls that add to the coastal feel. The freshly painted white walls and neutral gray tones throughout invite you to relax. All the décor in the home has been tastefully selected which adds so much to this magnificent condominium. Each bedroom has a private bath and has been designed for beauty and comfort. The master bedroom and first guest room feature a king bed, while the second guest room features a queen bed. Each bathroom has been updated. The two guest bedroom bathrooms include marble floors, subway tile walls, new fixtures, new lighting, new vanity, and countertops. The master bathroom has been exquisitely done with marble floors, marble in the shower, a new soaking tub, new fixtures, shower doors, lighting, and paint, and includes a large walk-in closet. All 3 bedrooms have 32” flat screen TVs. From the den and large deck, you can enjoy watching and listening to the ocean waves, watch golfers on the 18th Green, watch the sandbars in the inlet come and go with the tides, watch sailboats and fishing boats coming and going, watch deer munch on vegetation just below the porch, and see the color of the skies and clouds change at sunset. In the distance use the binoculars to view Dewees Island and Capers Island shorelines. So much more to see with the 4407 Ocean Club views than most other oceanfront condos. 4407 Ocean Club is located on the northeast tip of the Isle of Palms. Ocean Club is a private gated community within a private gated community. The beach is nearly private with no direct access unless staying in the Ocean Club Condominiums. The Ocean Club Swim Center is the best on the island with a zero-entry pool, in-pool fountain, hot tub, both covered and uncovered seating as well as an outdoor grilling area. Ideally located, 4407 Ocean Club on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7.3 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. Temporary car passes are emailed to guests on Monday before arrival. 2 car passes will be waiting for guests at the property in the check-in packet. Call our office to request additional car passes. - These passes must stay on the car's dashboard for the duration of the guest's stay. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
