The municipal government levies a tourist tax of €2.20/person per night, which you will pay when you book. If two persons are traveling together, please remember to book the room for two people so that the system can charge you the correct amount of tax. The house does not have a washing machine/clothes dryer, but a laundromat is located a four-minute walk away in the village of Ribamar (Family Wash and Dry - Lavandaria Self-Service, Rua da Capela 20, 2640-027, Ribamar, Santo Isidoro). Please note that five guest rooms share the common areas of the property, including the kitchenette located on the upper floor of the house, the heated pool, the bbq area, and the green space.
