Just a short stroll to beaches, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and playgrounds. Otherwise, spend the day relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views to the beach and Barnbougle Dunes. The space A fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, separated by an island bench looks out over the living and dining area with sliding doors to the deck and beautiful sea views. A smart tv and heat pump is located in the living area with free WiFi access available. The main bedroom has access to the deck via sliding doors and ensuite, the second bedroom has private access to the main bathroom. Both bedrooms offer a king size bed and wardrobe space. The internal laundry has a front load washer and heat pump dryer, with ironing and airing facilities available. The single carport is attached to the house with parking for a second car on the off-street driveway area. Guest access Guests have full access to the townhouse with check-in via the key safe. Our rate per night is for 2 guests, additional guests will incur an additional fee of $25 per person per night. Maximum guests 4. Minimum stay 2 nights. Other things to note Please note this property is strictly no smoking internally and externally. No parties or events to be held at the property No pets allowed Please clean sand and dirt from shoes before going indoors.
