This stylish and spacious home features four bedrooms & two bathrooms, making it perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a place to call a temporary home, just 35min north of Indy. This home is cozy with mid-century furnishings and decor throughout. Each bedroom is simple yet tastefully decorated & the overall space is clean and cozy for guests to have a memorable experience. Other things to note Charming Farmhouse with Character As an authentic old farmhouse, our home comes with a few quirks that add to its rustic charm. Here are some details to ensure a comfortable stay: • Pest Control: Our home is treated monthly by Orkin to manage occasional visits from rodents and insects. Despite these efforts, you may still see some ladybugs and stink bugs, especially upstairs. • Temperature Control: The upstairs area doesn’t heat and cool as efficiently as the rest of the house. To keep you comfortable, we’ve provided window units and space heaters. Your comfort matters to us, so if extra blankets or an additional fan is needed, please let us know. • Seasonal Notes: In winter, the upstairs bathroom faucet pipes may occasionally freeze. This is rare but should be noted. If assistance is needed, don't hesitate to contact us. • Front Door Reminder: Please keep the front door closed to prevent flies from entering during the warmer months. • Owner Access to Barn: Please be advised that the barn located on the property is not part of the rental and remains in use by the owner for storage. The owner may access the barn during your stay for short visits to retrieve items. Please note that none of these visits will involve entry into any guest-accessible spaces, and all reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption and let the guest know in advance. Cancellation Policy Refunds for early cancellations are only considered in the event of a family emergency and are at the discretion of the property owner.
