Welcome to your peaceful safe retreat in the best foothill neighborhood—just 7 min from I-40, 12 from I-25. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this cozy in-law suite was created for loved ones. Enjoy your private entry, your own patio with outdoor dining and seating, and off-street parking. Feel at home as you relax in the serene 2/3-acre garden with a tranquil pond, tea hut, and deer visitors. Trails and grocery are a short walk away. Sip organic coffee, rest in all-white linens, and simply be. The space Hop on I-25 just 15 minutes away, and you’ll be in Santa Fe in about 35 more. Explore nearby hiking trails within a quick 2–5 minute drive, or bike to the Tramway path in just a minute. Love pickleball? Head to Manzano Mesa’s 32 courts just 10–12 minutes away—6 are challenge courts open to all. Need a paddle and a few balls? Just ask—we’re happy to lend you some! Enjoy 500 square feet of living space with a queen bed, a cozy sitting nook, and two comfy chairs. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower for your comfort. A smart TV is provided, allowing you to log into your own streaming accounts, and many standard live channels like NBC or ABC are available. Stroll through the large 2/3 Arce yard, unwind in side yard or back patio, and feel free to explore other peaceful seating areas around the property. There are a couple of fountains to relaxed by. The tea hut up the hill is a lovely spot to sit, meditate, or catch the sunset. There are a few terraces with sitting benches as well. There is organic coffee bean in the refrigerator for daily fresh coffee, tea bags and cream as well… We use professional housekeeping with high standards for cleanliness and disinfection—so you can relax and feel right at home. Guest access You can access the property through the private side yard access. All the backyard, with many different sitting areas. Please feel free to wander the yard, and use the tea hut up the hill to see sunset with a glass of wine. If you bring your pet, please add to the reservation, maximum one very well behaved pet. Thank you! The house is by the Sandia mountain foothill, closer to hiking and biking, around 15 miles to the historical old town, 12 miles to airport... The studio is attached to the main house, so you might hear some sounds from the kitchen on the other side of the wall during the day. After 9:00pm, the area and house are very quiet. Thank you!
