The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of one of the oldest houses in Rüdesheim and has a special feel-good atmosphere. The apartment was lovingly renovated and newly furnished in 2023 and is super centrally located. We also rent out the apartments on the 1st floor (Silver) & 2nd floor (Gold) via Airbnb if you want to come with several people. It has its own charm in the middle of the city and invites you to relax. Other things to note Our municipality/city of Rüdesheim is a state-approved tourist destination. In accordance with § 13 of the municipal tax law in Hesse, from July 1st, 2021, it will charge a tourism fee of 2,50 Euros per guests over 18 years and night. The income from this contribution goes exclusively to tourism projects so that we can make your stay in the region even more attractive. The survey area is the area of ​​the municipality/city of Rüdesheim & Assmannshausen. In addition to the tourism fee, a special entrance fee may be charged for the use of facilities and for participation in events that require special additional expenses. We would collect the amount on site, you simply leave the money on the table in cash when you arrive - of course with a receipt and report for you.
