It's designed  to comfortably accomodate 2 staying guests. There's a P300 extra guest fee charge for additional guest in excess of 2. This studio unit is on the 2nd floor. The entire 2nd floor unit is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note ●Street parking. No designated parking space. ●The property is accessible to all modes of transportation. ●Has to go up a staircase to get to the 2nd floor. No elevator. ●NO WATER HEATER ●Check-in: 3pm ; Check-out: 11am ●Early check-in & Late check-out fee: P150 for the first 2 hrs. & additional P100 for every succeeding hr. (depending on availability)
