Lovely one bedroom unit located in the best area of Playa del Carmen. We are just 5 minutes walking from the famous 5th avenue, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet hammock on the terrace. Enjoy views of the Caribbean, or walk down and step onto one of Playa's most prized beaches, Playacar. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed fiber optics WIFI, and AC. Other things to note Pool will be closed Sept 15-Oct 4, 2025 for maintenance. The pool bar will also be closed during this time. September and October are construction months at Xaman Ha. Owners are allowed to renovate and make noise during this time. Be mindful when booking during this time that there could be noise from 9am-5pm Monday- Saturday.
