While our studio room doesn't offer direct water views, the property itself overlooks the beautiful tranquil waterways — just a few steps away, the perfect spot to sit, relax, and unwind. Our studio is ideal for solo travelers, friends, or couples seeking comfort and convenience. A comfortable king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. Tea and coffee facilities, crockery, utensils, and a mini fridge. The space One of the unique features of our property is the 6 hole Mini Putt located at the side of the house, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Additionally, there are 2 kayaks available free of charge for your use upon request, along with life jackets that must be worn at all times for your own safety. Guests will also have access to shared Canal front and decking areas, which are shared with the host and other guests. However, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy on your own, ensuring that you have the comfort you need to truly unwind. Your room comes equipped with a 43" Smart TV with streaming services, heat pump/aircon, and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, cereal and spreads. Outside table & chairs only. While there are no cooking facilities or sink available, a Webber barbecue is available for your use upon request, providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family. Leave the dishes for me, what could be better. We also have a shared area for all guests to use with microwave, espresso, toaster and another fridge/freezer for you to use. Guest access As a guest of our property, you'll have access to all the decking areas and canal front, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind in a serene and tranquil setting. These areas are available for you to make yourself at home, ensuring that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please note that these areas are shared between the host and other guests, but rest assured that they are yours to enjoy. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, enjoy a good book, or simply take in the beautiful views of the waterways, you'll find plenty of space to do so. Other things to note There are a few important things to note during your stay with us that we want to bring to your attention. Firstly, we would like to remind you that there are no cooking facilities available in your private room or sink. However, we do have a Webber barbecue available for your use upon request, so you can enjoy some delicious outdoor cooking during your stay. Also with our studio room there is Outside table & chairs only. Secondly, we have a nearly 16-year-old spoodle dog named Riley who lives on the property. Riley is a friendly and well-behaved dog . He stays on his side of the property but you may see him or sometimes our guests ask to see him. Lastly, please note that as we have two other rooms on the property, there may be other guests staying with us during your visit. We value each guest's privacy and will do our best to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, we also encourage guests to be respectful of one another's space and privacy, and to keep noise levels to a minimum during the evening hours.
