The space There is a house with 3 air-conditioned rooms, 1 indoor bathroom with water heater, 1 outdoor bathroom, 1 outdoor shower, living room with fan and unifi, kitchen and "rewang" room behind the house. There is also a 1-3 foot high children's pool, bbq pit and 1-on-1 basketball court. Parking for 2-3 cars. Note: 1) All rentals only involve the space on the lower level while the space on the 1st level is the owner's room (used as a store) and guests are not allowed. The space behind the house is suitable for use when the weather is sunny, but when it rains, this space is not suitable because of the noise of the zinc roof and there may be a little water leakage here and there.
