Our Country House

Come and relax at this Great Location with the whole family. Our Country House is a peaceful place to stay and very quiet but yet so close to all the fun & action. Only a 10-minute sidewalk stroll to Pico de Piedra Beach. We are only 20-minute from Rafael International Airport (BQN). Rincon minutes away. The longer your stay the better the discounts. The space Each room has clean sheets & covers, with pillows. There are extra clean sheets & covers, as well as extra bath towels & beach towels. We disinfect the whole house after each rental. Very clean and smelling fresh. We also have an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser (full of liquid) inside the house for your use. We offer a starter's kit: Toilet tissue, Toothpaste, Shampoo/Conditioner, and Body soap, just a little something to get you by till you settle in before purchasing your own. Minutes' drive to Restaurants, Bars/Nightclubs, Bakery, Supermarket, and Churches. Take a 10-minute walk to Aguada town for some shopping at the souvenir shop or for some home made ice cream on a hot day. Guest access Included landline Phone service, unlimited calls only to PR & US. We do have 2 motion cameras recording on the premises, one for the front gate of the house and the second camera for the back door. Other things to note 1) We have finally installed a 410-gallon automatic water reserve to our property, now no worries if the water leaves, we will have water :) 2) Now our country house has backup power with solar panels and Tesla battery no more waiting for the power to come back on using a reserve power management. 3) We Exterminate our house monthly with professional vendor.
