Desk/chair to use as office space. - Well-equipped kitchenette contains induction stove, range hood, large sink, under the counter fridge, island, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, and all necessary kitchen utensils. - Dining area has plenty of seating and is a great place to gather for a meal or a card game. - Living room has a couch, stressless lounge chair, and a smart TV to use with your own streaming services. - Entryway has plenty of room for coats, shoes, and bags. Access to the apartment is through a private, separate entrance from the main house (will need to go through host’s garage to access apartment). Some closets in the apartment are locked for owner storage. Driveway is shared with main house - basement apartment guests use the left side; main house uses the right side. Other things to note Security cameras at entrances (no cameras inside the apartment!)
