On ‘the bluff!’ 10min walk to beach and cafe

Situated atop Redhead’s bluff, walking distance to lookouts, bush tracks, beaches and fishing. Queen bedroom with BIR/fan (comfortable for 2 adults); couch with pull-out sofa bed (best for kids or 1 adult); TV with streaming, Wi-Fi, aircon; washing machine and dryer; microwave, toaster, kettle for basics only (no cooking); dining table; bathroom with bath. Child-friendly, portacot/toys on request. Adjoins our family home via shared door, so some noise. Not ideal for everyone—read description. The space Attached to the main residence, the space has a driveway and private access and is separated from the main residence via locked internal door and a bookshelf. The guest area can sleep 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a spacious living quarters containing a queen size bed in the bedroom, a lounge with pull out sofa, dining room with bench seats and chairs, laundry with storage galore, a bathroom with freestanding bath and a study. The laundry doubles as a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge/small freezer as well as plates, cups, cutlery etc. If additional items are required, let us know and we can try our best to make it happen. Please be aware it’s not a space for cooking meals, only simple foods. A high chair, kids toys, portacot etc can be made available upon request too. A deck is located in the front yard with lounges and table to enjoy the outdoors when the weather suits. We want you to be comfortable and hope you will be. Whilst our family (2 adults, 2 smalls) reside in the main section of the house, the guest area is separated via locked internal door and a bookshelf. You have your own private access so you and we, won’t be visible to each other. As our kids are little, you are likely to hear them when we are home. We do our best to keep them quiet, but often they have other ideas. We respect your privacy and will leave you to your own unless of course you require anything.
