Welcome to Marina di Pietrasanta, between Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, just 30 km from Pisa and Lucca and 100 km from Florence. The house (new and with private entrance) is in the center, a stone's throw from the sea and the pier, and offers all modern comforts: wi-fi and air conditioning everywhere. In the morning you can have breakfast on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea and the mountains, a peculiarity of Versilia. Beach service (umbrella or tent) and bicycle service available upon request. The space The newly renovated house is in energy class A4 (the highest) powered only by electricity, no gas. All rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi, as well as access to the internal terrace where you can also hang out the laundry. On the ground floor, being a private house, there will be space to leave any strollers or bicycles rented. Other things to note N.B.
