The space The accommodation includes 6 double beds in 6 bedrooms (including 3 suites exceeding 20 square meters). For groups of friends or colleagues, it is possible to have two 140 x 200 duvets instead of one large duvet per double bed for an extra 5 euros per person for laundry costs. Two bunk beds provide 4 additional single beds for children/teenagers for an additional 30 euros per single bed for laundry and sanitary water. The villa is equipped with a fairly sensitive fire alarm, so smoking inside the building is not allowed. It is also forbidden to make noise outside between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. This prohibition is recalled by numerous signs in different languages. Guest access All rooms in the villa are accessible except the cellars. To store bikes in the garage, you need to make a special request before booking. Other things to note Upon arrival, you will be asked for a deposit of 600 euros in cash as a rental deposit. The obligation to issue the rental is suspended until the production of this deposit. Electricity for charging vehicles and gas for the barbecue are not included in the rental price. You will be asked for 2.5 euros per person if you use the barbecue. In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the owner reserves the right to directly deduct additional restoration costs from the rental deposit.
