The space This was a working farm back in the day. We still farm hay here, And food for the wildlife. Swimming pond with a timer sprinkler. The firepit / picnic area is overlooking the pond. The pond has a beach area, ( Perfect for family fun ) The water is real shallow, then slowly gets deeper. The far end is approx. 7' deep Our little girls are in the pond a lot. There are 6 private bedrooms, Plus 2 more beds in the loft. 3 Full Baths. There is couches & chairs indoors for 16+ guests, ( 16 Recliners !! ) Lots of outdoor deck space. There is room for a lot more guests outside, ( Feel free to bring your tents ) A fire pit & wood here for outdoor camping, There is a "PEAK" Green Mountain wood pellet smoker grill here to use. There is 4 acres of yard area here for you to use. We have room for parking easy 16 cars. We have room for boat parking too. Note; Our family absolutely loves spending time here. This is the type of place that most people fall in love with. It is truly a must see it to believe it. Guest access You have 4 acres of space here to use for games & relaxation. Please stay out of the woods & the fields, Thank You. ** Please note, The barn rental is an additional fee. We allow event's in the barn for up to 64 people. Tables and chairs, fridge & lights are here. You bring your own linens and tableware. $1900 is the added cost for the option. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in or near any buildings, Do not enter any building for 5 minutes after smoking or vaping. Starlink 300 MBPS Satellite WIFI internet, but no TV. Cell service is limited, ( AT&T has the best cell service here ) Note, When staying here during cold weather someone in your group will need to be qualified to start and tend a wood stove.( Firewood is here ) If you leave on Sunday then noon checkout is perfectly fine.
