- Private room - Bedroom located in the basement with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Ideal for travelers looking to relax after a day outdoors. It offers the comfort and all the amenities you need to make your stay pleasant. Large living room to relax (TV with Netflix), books and high-speed Wi-Fi access. ***NO SPACE FOR COOKING*** NON-SMOKING HOUSE The space Pretty little cedar shingle house, located close to the city center and its shops (5 minutes by car), Beauséjour Park (just down the road), the coastal path and cycle paths (including the famous Route verte). I have a closed outdoor shed, which can store 1 or 2 bikes. *** For people sensitive to traffic noise, the house is located on route 232, you can hear the cars during rush hours (morning and late afternoon) *** Guest access Travelers will have access to the bedroom, bathroom and living room located in the basement. It is possible that my cats will come and share the living room with you! During your stay As I am teleworking, I will be on site to welcome you. I will be happy to recommend my favorite places for hiking, enjoying a microbrewery beer and/or eating! Other things to note *** IMPORTANT ***: You will live with my 4 cats during your stay: Sam, Suki, Blanchette & Mr Moustaches. They are calm, affectionate and will be happy to meet you to benefit from a few scratches! Be careful for people allergic to cats (and hair) because I have 2 long-haired ones out of 4 cats! ***PLEASE NOTE***: I do not offer breakfast, but I will be happy to provide you with a coffee maker, kettle, coffee, teas and/or herbal teas and juices box.
