Spectacular views in a safe, secure location! This resort-style hilltop home lies between Napa Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area, offering stunning sunsets, bay, and mountain views. The space A Brand NEW comfortable sectional sofa in the family room can be converted to a compact bed. The house has 2 TVs 📺. One is in the Living room & the other one is in the master bedroom. Other things to note This house originally had four bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms is currently used as an open loft office without a closet. A futon is provided. Please note that the pool is not heated, although it is open year-round. It will not be suitable for swimming during the fall and winter months. Lower nightly rates are reflected between November and April. Regular pool maintenance is still performed throughout the year. However, guests can still enjoy the outdoor spa upon request with a heating fee for each session during the off-season (November to April). This fee is only required during the off-season. During the winter months, we believe guests may not be able to fully utilize the pool and spa amenities during their entire stay. Therefore, we have implemented a pay-per-use policy that is more appropriate for all guests. However, for bookings between May and October, there is no additional heating fee for hot tub or spa usage.
