At Casa Miluca, you will find a leisure area with a swimming pool (it has a waterfall, whirlpool and an island for children), an outdoor shower, a gourmet space with a barbecue area and all the necessary utensils for your celebration, as well as a toilet and a large, airy balcony with a garden, various games (cards, Uno, checkers, dominoes, chess, among others) and also a bicycle. A large living and dining room, with a 47” Smart TV, Wi-Fi network and local channels, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, in the interior design we prioritize local craftsmanship. Kitchen with an open concept and equipped with the necessary appliances for your stay, including glasses for wines and various drinks, your toasts here will be even more special. Speaking of experiencing special moments, we also provide a fondue set. There are three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, bathrooms with electric showers, all with split air-conditioning, comfortable double and single beds, bed and bath sets available, including for the pool area. We also have a social bathroom, covered service area, pantry and private garage for up to two cars. Our location is privileged, we are in a gated community, with 24-hour security and a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Mar & Cia tourist complex, which offers catamaran rides to the natural pools of Paripueira, as well as buggy and jeep rides. Casa Miluca is a 10-minute walk to the city center (bakeries, pharmacies, shops), just 28 km from the capital and 1 hour from São Miguel dos Milagres beach.
