Our duplex apartment is located in a very central location in the heart of Neukölln, one of the most exciting areas of Berlin full of cafes, bars and excellent restaurants. With 105 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for families, couples, friends or even home office (very fast Internet connection 200 Mbps) and was furnished and decorated with a lot of love. For rainy days, we have a cozy TV area with Netflix & Disney+ for you. The space The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people on 105 m². It is a duplex apartment with 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find the entrance area, a large open fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a larger bedroom with king size bed (180 × 200), a smaller bedroom with queen size bed (160 × 200), the colorful spacious bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub and the living room. On the upper floor, there is another king-size bed (180 × 200) and a lounge area with a couch, TV and armchair. The smart TV has all the popular TV channels as well as Netflix, Disney+ and RTL+. The apartment has underfloor heating and additional radiators to ensure your comfort at all temperatures. Although the location of the apartment is very lively and dynamic, the apartment is very quiet as it is located in a rear courtyard. Due to a lot of large windows, the apartment is always very bright, but can also be kept cozily dark and private with curtains as desired.
