With 4BR, 2.5BA, stunning lake views from a 3-season porch and large deck, hot tub, game room and fully stocked kitchen, it's the perfect family-friendly getaway. Explore the lake with provided kayaks, paddle boards and pontoon available for rent. The space This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers an open floor plan, a master bedroom with a king-sized en-suite, and three additional bedrooms, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. You can take in the stunning lake view from the large deck, the three-season porch, or while relaxing in the hot tub. Inside, the game room is fully equipped with a foosball table, multi-game table, and smart TV for hours of entertainment. To fully enjoy the lake, we provide kayaks and paddleboards. For added convenience and adventure, you can rent our pontoon, which is conveniently located on the dock's lift. The pontoon rental is $250 for a full day or $800 for the week. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is ample parking as well as two garage stalls for guest use. Note for Summer Bookings: We, your hosts, live nearby and keep our personal boat on a lift at the dock. During your stay, we may occasionally need to access the dock to use our boat. We will always respect your privacy and ensure your enjoyment of the lake is uninterrupted. If you prefer, we can give you a heads-up before heading to the dock—just let us know. Other things to note The 32 ft dock is located just ten steps down from the middle/back yard. The deck and three-season porch are equipped with patio furniture and a grill, perfect for relaxing and dining. As for your stay, the house is fully stocked with all the essentials, such as kitchen necessities (salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, tea), cleaning supplies, basic toiletries, linens, and towels.
