Welcome to Le Bleu Marin, longer stays welcome!! This retro-moody inspired, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. The space has been recently renovated with guest comfort in mind. Guests can enjoy the comfortable velvet couch & lounge in the hanging chair. On those chilly winter nights, turn on the fireplace and relax while watching your favourite streaming program on the 55" smart TV. The shared driveway can accomodate two vehicles. The space Le Bleu Marin is a cozy & moody apartment in the sought-after Melrose neighborhood in Timmins. When entering the suite through the side door of the property, guests will follow the stairs down into the living room. On the left, there is the spacious living room with a fireplace & 55" smart TV, as well as the master bedroom. On the right, guests will find the open-concept kitchen area with dishwasher and the secondary bedroom. The home also boats a 4 piece bathroom with a washer and dryer, as well as a master bedroom with a large closet. The small desk & high speed internet is ideal for guests looking to work remotely. The home is minutes away from Foodland, Tim Hortons, local schools, the Sportsplex and the Timmins Square shopping centre. There are many walking trails nearby as well as access to the Mattagami River. Professionally managed by Go North Lodging. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment during the stay. The only shared space is the driveway, shared with the upstairs tenant, as well as the next door neighbour. Other things to note Entry to the suite is through the side door of the home. Guests have access to two back-to-front parking spaces during their stay, on the left side of the driveway. In winter months, a contractor has been hired for snow removal. Guests are asked to move their vehicles when necessary to allow them to clear the driveway.
