Welcome to our holiday apartment home! We have a beautiful rooftop deck perfect for taking in the views, the sun or enjoying drinks or a nice bite to eat. Enjoy our peaceful and centrally-located . Access to the apartment and to the rooftop deck is only possible by going up a flight of stairs. We don't recommend a stay for small children. The space Our home is within walking distance of Lagos attractions, beaches, restaurants etc. We have plenty of room for 5 people. This listing includes two bedrooms, each with a bed that is sized for 2 people. There is a sofa in the living room/lounge that converts to a bed for one poerson. There is a kitchen, with most standard features, but no oven. One bathroom, a dining room, and living room/lounge with TV. There are some television channels but most people prefer to use their own Netflix or other streaming account. A mostly private, roof top deck is accessible only to our guests. There are no other guests accessing the terrace, but we rarely need to access a storage space by going though the terrace. The roof top deck is on the roof of the apartment. It is up a separate flight of stairs from the main apartment . It has a lock so that the public cannot use it. Our guests are given a key. We do not have air conditioning, but on the few days of the year that there are no cool sea breezes blowing in Lagos, we have electric fans. Heating for winter consists of several stand alone, electric, oil filled heaters. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment.. There will be no other residents using it during your time. You will have access to the semi private roof top deck area. Starting in December 2023, the roof might very rarely be shared with one other rental unit. Other things to note NOTE: Unfortunately, due to the age of buildings in central Lagos, our home is not accessible for people with some types of disabilities. Our front door is up a flight of stairs, and the deck/patio is up one more set of stairs. There is no elevator in the building. If you cannot go up and down a flight of stairs, this is not the right listing for you. Also due to the height of the roof top deck and the large windows in the apartment, we do not recommend staying with small children. We do not provide personal hygiene items such as: Soap. Shampoo. Conditioner. Toothpaste. Deodorant. Toothbrush. Windows are single pane. Please note that Lagos is an old town with very old city infrastructure. It is extremely important that you do not put anything in the toilet (other than the obvious natural use). Even simple toilet paper can clog up the old pipes in the historic enter. Please use the provided rubbish/trash containers for toilet paper or any other items. We have a security camera on the rooftop terrace. Registration Details 131922
