Enjoy a relaxing visit to Utah or a little staycation at this cozy home in peaceful Clearfield. Featuring 2 queen bedrooms and a bathroom with an open concept kitchen and living room. Relax by the firepit in the backyard or enjoy a meal on the back patio. Enjoy coffee at the coffee bar and relax by the fireplace. The area offers plenty of options for hiking and there are several ski areas between a 30-60 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in just a short drive! The space This cozy home is a short drive from beautiful Ogden where there are plenty of things to do. Antelope Island is also easy to get to from this home. The area itself offers many hiking options and skiing is within a 30-60 minute drive. Whether you want to enjoy all that nature has to offer, or relax in the nearby cities of Ogden or Salt Lake, this place has it all! The area is a desert, despite all the winter snowfall! The landscape around the house is currently a work in progress, so expect to see some desert plants. I try to pull all prickly plants as fast as I can, but there is a chance you'll get to enjoy the sight of some desert climate nature! Guest access The full main floor of the house is fully available to you. This includes the living room, kitchen, two queen bedrooms, full bathroom, the laundry room, and the backyard. Feel free to enjoy the firepit in the backyard! The attic is off limits and so is the detached garage, both are locked. Other things to note There are two security cameras on the property. There is a camera at the front door facing out towards the street that captures whoever is walking into the front door of the residence. There is also a security camera above the back door that faces the detached off-limits garage.
