The cabin is a small vacation home full of charm, in a green setting, located 300 m from the beach of Lake Carcans Maubuisson, 5 km from the ocean beaches, in a quiet residential area, fenced, without neighbors, close to the Center of Maubuisson (shops, restaurants, water activities...). Accommodation with all the comforts offers a relaxing stay with friends and/or family. Large network of bike paths makes it easy to get around. 45 min from the Arcachon basin. The space Ground floor: small living room with table, chairs, TV cabinet, sofa, dresser (Broadband Internet, Wifi, Blu-ray player, DVD, CD), an equipped kitchenette (glass-ceramic hobs, small refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave, classic electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, many cooking utensils). Bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, shelf). 2 mobile fans are available in the rental as well as a powerful air conditioner cooler on wheels ideal during hot weather. - Upstairs: 1 bedroom 1 140 cm bed + 1 bedroom 2 90 cm beds + plenty of storage. Access to the upper floor by stairs. - The living room opens onto a large wooden terrace, facing south, protected from the sun by a patio, equipped with all the comforts: large table, chairs, benches, sun loungers, parasol, deckchairs. Built-in barbecue. - Surf shelter: washing machine, clothes drying rack, equipment for cleaning and ironing, various storage. - Semi-detached on one side of the house. - 1 free private parking space in front of the rental. Guest access Access to the entire house. Other things to note IMPORTANT: booking from SATURDAY to SATURDAY Bed linen, towels and linen are included in the rent. - Complete cleaning at the end of the stay to be carried out on the day of departure or cleaning fee of €50 to be paid on arrival No noise from 10:30 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Any damage to equipment must be replaced and/or reported to the host. Domestic pets (dogs or cats) or assistance animals are welcome. Please respect the following rules: the animal must not relieve itself on the wooden terrace, do not climb on the sofa or on the beds of the bedrooms, please keep it on a leash during a walk in the SPI residence.
