★ If you like a clean relaxed atmosphere you’ll enjoy staying in this bright single bedroom in a quiet area of Amersham. A convenient place to stay for business or travel; a minutes walk to the nearest footpath to the Chess Valley and 15 minutes walk to the train station with great links to London. ★ 10 minutes walk to the high street with shops, restaurants and many fine coffee shops (I'm happy to recommend my favourite). ★ Walk or drive to historic Amersham Old Town. ★ Fast broadband. The space A convenient place to stay for people visiting the area, from business travellers and conference attendees to wedding guests and cyclists. Guests will be sharing my home and are more than welcome to make themselves at home here. You have your own private bedroom and share a bathroom with other guests (I have my own separate bathroom so I won't get in your way). There is also a downstairs toilet. You are most welcome to use the kitchen, living rooms, TV, and garden/patio, and I would encourage you to do so. There is room for you to store your own groceries in the fridge and cupboards if you'll be doing your own cooking. Help yourself to teas and coffee. But beware, I’m a a dairy free lover so only have the dairy free alternatives (usually oat milk). There is limited parking on the drive but ample free, safe, unrestricted parking on the street. There is also room in the garage to store your bicycle if you are a cyclist. Guest access Guests have use of the whole house which includes the kitchen and living rooms so feel free to use the downstairs spaces. You also have sole use of the guest bathroom which you may have to share if there is another guest staying in the next room. The only areas out-of-bounds are other bedrooms. During your stay I’m happy to interact or leave guests to enjoy their privacy. I may not always be around, especially on days when I'm at work, but I do enjoy chatting to guests when I'm around, or I can leave you in peace. Other things to note I have two rooms listed on AirBnB, a single and a double. Both rooms share the same bathroom and if there is no-one in the other room at the time of your stay, you get the bathroom all to yourself!
