The landmark of Sugarloaf and board walk along the beach and cliff attract the tourists from all over the country. The space Features: • Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac residential area. • Peaceful and embraced with nature, you click the holiday mode immediately. • 3 minutes’ drive to the beach and Hallett Cover Conservation Park with free BBQ facilities and Cafe at the beginning of the board walk, 27 minutes’ drive to Adelaide CBD (Victoria Square), 25 minutes’ drive to Adelaide Airport, 22 minutes’ drive to the epicentre of the South Australian wine industry( McLaren Vale), 15 minutes’ drive to Flinders University, 17 minutes’ drive to Glenelg, bus stop is just 5 minutes’ walking distance. • There are two train stations in Hallett Cove, one is 3 minutes’ drive, and another is 5 minutes’ drive. They can take you to the city directly. • Hallett Cove Shopping centre is just walking distance, The SA’s biggest shopping centre (Westfiled Marion) is 13 minutes’ drive, another big Noarlunga Shopping Centre is 11 minutes’ drive. Your Room: The house is shared with the host. However you have a private room and allocated working/dining area and balcony. They all locate on first floor. • Your bedroom equipped with a queen bed and can accommodates up to 2 guests, with individual reverse air conditioner in the room. You can enjoy your holiday comfortably in any season. • Full linen (pillows, towels, etc.) provided. • You can wake up with the stunning sea view through the window. • The dressing table with mirror and clothes rack is available in the room. • You have a shared full bath room with bright natural sunlight. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap, etc.) supplied. • The second lounge upstairs is allocated as guest’s working station and dining area, with a balcony for you to enjoy the valley view and stunning sunrise. • You can share the common spaces with the host including kitchen, laundry, front and back gardens.
