My place is located in the heart of Polanco, close to amazing museums, restaurants and shops. It is close to Chapultepec Park, and just a short ride to historic downtown. You can walk, bike or ride anywhere. Like no other Condo in Mexico City, Its equipped with A/C, all rooms controlled separately The apartment has 3 stories with 2 bedrooms and a media room/guest bedroom. On the first floor you will find the guest bedroom, which has a queen size bed and full bathroom. It has a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and an open floor plan, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, which flood the place with light. The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king size bed and a walk in closet with en suite bathroom. The third floor gives way to the roof garden and the media room, which has a sofa bed and a full bathroom, which can easily turn into a third bedroom. It has an amazing view of the park. There is a laundry room on this level as well. The whole apartment has Bose multi-zone sound system, as well as AC. Wifi and cable tv is included. Like no other in Mexico City, Its equipped with A/C, all rooms controlled separately. A/C will be turned on only upon request for an extra charge of $50a/c per day for the whole stay, can't be turned on for a part of the stay. We advise to be conscious and Eco Friendly by turning it off when not in use. Heating will be turned on by request only and prior to arrival, only available from November thru February for an extra charge of $1,000 pesos per night for the whole stay, can't be turned on for a part of the stay. There is a doorman and a handyman on site, who can help with anything our guests might need. I will be reachable thru text during your stay if anything is needed. Check in is deadline is at 10pm Checkin with the Doorman pls, he’ll give you the key, you can leave the key with the doorman every time you go out for your convince, only if you fell comfortable. One thing to remember, make sure refrigerator door and freeze drawer are perfectly closed really good, otherwise the alarm might set off and will not freeze. A few building rules: You will be asked for your ID to identify yourself with the doorman and will be asked who is coming with you. This is a family Building. We expect quiet at nights please. Trash should be separated, we do recicle. Please take all trash to the basement and place it on the dumpsters, do NOT leave it outside the apartment door. Bags, groceries, shopping bags etc... should not be left at the lobby for any reason. Thx for understanding Staying in Polanco is an experience, because it truly is the heart of the city. Polanco is brimming with restaurants, galleries, museums, shops, and vibrant nightlife. It is also family friendly, with plenty of parks and activities for the little ones. My place is very well located. You can walk or bike everywhere. It is also close to the subway station, which can transport you to pretty much anywhere in the city in just an instant. There is an eco-bike station across the park, where you can grab a bike and ride to almost anywhere within downtown. The apartment has a no pets and no smoking policy. 4th Bedroom, the Maid's bedroom is very small and simple (you may see this in the pictures) it can be cold Nov - Mar, we provide an electric heater if needed, its located in the third floor behind the TV media / sofa queen 3rd Bedroom. It also has a very simple full bathroom.
