Newly renovated, but full of charm lake house has lake views from almost every window, so you can enjoy nature without even stepping outside. The remote controlled, original stone gas fireplace and winter decor makes the house inviting! From grilling, swimming, fishing, boating to relaxing by the fire on the deck after a long day on the water. There is SO much to do! It is the perfect place to unwind and/or be crazy adventurous if you want - all in the same day! Step into this newly renovated, but full of charm, lake house! This home has fantastic views of the lake from every room. The living room with a large tv, original stone chimney with gas insert and lake views from the couch. A fully stocked kitchen where cooking and seating at the island has beautiful views. After grabbing a coffee or cocktail from the coffee bar, head out to the floor to ceiling window enclosed 3 season porch. The full bathroom has an amazing view of the lake, bathtub/shower combo, a bench and shelves to store your stuff. The main floor also has a bunk room with 2 bunk beds and a tv. Upstairs there is a 1/2 bathroom, guest room with a full bed, and master bedroom with a king bed. The master also has a spot for relaxing and/or yoga. There is an area for grilling and dining outdoors, with a picnic table and adirondack chairs around a fire pit. There is also a deck overlooking the lake with seating and another fire pit. Different options for s'mores! Walk farther down the steps and you will arrive at the seasonal dock. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board for your use, as well as some life jackets and water toys. You may choose to rent a boat and have it delivered to Thomas Pond. Take a swim out to the new floating swim dock! You will have access to the whole house except for the owner's locked cabinets, basement and garage. You will have usage of our dock and swim float, 2 kayaks, a paddle board and life jackets (available from May 1 - October 31). I do not live nearby, but have enjoyed quality family time in Maine. Especially at this lake house! Please message me with any questions! The house is located on the west side of Thomas Pond, which is near Sebago Lake halfway between Windham and Naples. The road is off route 302/Rosevelt Trail which provides quick access to the local sights, restaurants and activities. You will need a car to go to restaurants, activities and grocery stores. Minimum age for rentals is 26 years old. Guests under 26 must be accompanied by a guest 26 years old or older.
