House located in the São Dimas neighborhood, close to Esalq and with various types of services nearby, such as a 24-hour bakery, markets and restaurants. A very quiet neighborhood and great to rest after a long day of work. You will share the house with me, Tomás, an architect and graphic artist, who divides my work time between my home and the street.
