Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy all the amenities that are provided :) The space The staircase in the building is not renovated and can be dark, but we keep it clean and inviting :) We keep the staircase light turned on 24\7 for your convenience. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the open-plan living room, complete with a comfortable sofa, TV, and plenty of natural light. The space is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city or catching up on your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up home-cooked meals, with all the appliances and utensils you'll need. From coffee and tea to cookware and dishes, we've got you covered. The bedroom is bright and airy, with a comfortable queen-size bed and a private balcony, and plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings. You'll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. One of the highlights of the apartment is the private balconies, where you can relax and take in the fresh air while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a little bit of peace and quiet. Two balconies are attached to the flat, one facing the street and the other facing the backside. We also provide free WiFi, fresh linens, and towels for your stay. Other things to note - Any violation of our house rules will determine your reservation without any refund. - Guests with Israeli passports, regardless of their other passports, must pay the VAT tax. - Non-Israeli guests must provide a copy of their visa ticket and passport before arrival. ONLY B2 or DIPLOMAT visas are tax-free. If the guest shows a different visa, they must pay VAT tax. - Smoking fee - 250$ Fee - Smoking is forbidden in the apartment, but you can smoke in the garden. - Any undeclared guests will cause a charge of 50$ per person - all guests must be declared. - The place will be ready with 2 body towels, 2 face towels, 1-floor towel, and a full set of sheets. If you wish for more towels, each one will cost 25 shekels. If you wish to change sheets, it is for additional 60 shekels. - Changing your reservation's dates less than 10 days before arrival is not possible.
