Free garage parking space available Party and event are not allowed,please make sure the music kept at reasonable level,and no noise after 10pm. Please take care of your dirty dishes. Please ensure all the lights,heater,fan,and AC are switched off. Our team will help you with requests from 9am to 5pm,or 24 hrs in an emergency.Feel free to contact us when needed,and we’ll do our best to help your great trip. Enjoy the stay! Other things to note • We only provide one key, so please keep it safe. If the key is lost, guests will need to arrange and cover the cost of a locksmith. If more convenient, you may place the key in the lockbox when going out so others can access the property. • Each guest is provided with one towel. If you require extra towels, the cleaning company will charge an additional fee. • For food safety reasons, we do not provide any consumable items, including (but not limited to) oil, chili, salt, or other food products. • Each bathroom is prepared with 3 rolls of toilet paper. If you cannot find the spare rolls, please let me know. For longer stays, you may purchase additional supplies from the supermarket, and I’m happy to reimburse reasonable expenses. • Each bathroom is equipped with a bath mat, and each kitchen is provided with a tea towel. • Party Strictly No parties. No loud music allowed between 10pm-7am, please respect our neighbours •Air-conditioning should be used responsibly.
