Charming Beachfront House on Coral Coast

This charming, modern single-storey beach house is located on the famous Sunset Strip, Coral Coast, a few steps across the road from the beach. Enjoy snorkelling at your doorstep, beach walks and some of the best sunsets in Fiji! You'll feel far away from it all on this beautiful, unspoiled part of the Coral Coast and yet be in modern-day comfort. You’ll be next to very quaint cafes, restaurants and the exclusive Outrigger Resort where you can enjoy excellent cuisine and cocktails. The space Our modern, bright and airy house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is large and spacious, has a king sized bed, a spacious ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and a study desk. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, two single beds, a cot and ample storage. It also has a study desk. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a built in wardrobe. All bedrooms, including the living room have air-conditioning. There are two dehumidifiers. There are timber venetian shutters on all windows throughout the house and mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Wi-Fi is provided and there is a TV in the living room. It is a smart TV where you can watch local TV or use streaming services. With the TV is a DVD player and a huge supply of DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery and utensils. A 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher will make home cooking a breeze. Basic amenities like salt, pepper and cooking oil is provided. Dishwashing detergent and cleaning supplies is also provided. There is a Jumbuck 4-burner hooded BBQ in the garden, to cook meals to the sound of splashing waves. There is an outdoor shower and tap at the side of the house for you to rinse off after a snorkel or swim in the ocean. Snorkel sets and reef shoes are provided, but for a good fit, do bring your own. Reef shoes should be worn to protect your feet while swimming in the coral reef in front and also while reef walking. Coral can be quite hard and rough, so reef shoes are important. Sand toys like buckets and spades will be provided. Both bathrooms have showers and amenities like bath soap, shampoo and hand soap is provided. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There’s also a clothesline in the back garden. Laundry detergent is supplied. The house is stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing stay in Fiji. Beach towels, bath towels, extra linen and bedsheets, face tissue, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels and hand sanitizer. Hotel Licence No: 320 / 20 21 Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Our local host and caretaker, Rita will welcome you at the house and show you around. The beach is just a few steps across the road. You can go snorkelling during high tide, go for reef walks during low tide and enjoy the stunning Fiji sunsets every evening! There are lots of activities around the neighbourhood! - Explore the local marketplace in Sigatoka where they have a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, seafood, poultry and local food on display. (10 mins drive). - Visit Kula Wild Adventure Park, an ecological preserve and Fiji’s biggest family fun park. (5 min drive) - Hike at UNESCO Listed Sigatoka Sand Dunes (15 mins drive). - Go horse riding at the end of the road next to Outrigger Hotel. - Unwind with a massage at the Outrigger Bebe Spa. - Superb Fijian Indian meals can be catered and delivered to the house. Other things to note There are 2 lockable security boxes in the house. Reef shoes and snorkel sets in varying sizes are provided at the house.
