Your family will be close to everything! On the beach block of 3ª Pedra in Itapema do Norte, the best in the city, you can walk to the sea in three minutes. With a market and restaurant nearby, in addition to the Municipal Market 300 meters away and the Bus Station 200 meters away. You can do everything in the Itapema region at a distance of 500m to 1.5k easily. In addition to ample parking, 47” TV with cable channels, fiber internet and air-conditioning in all the bedrooms! This is our summer house! The space We have three bedrooms - all with air-conditioning! On the upper floor there is a suite with a queen-size bed and two single beds, it also has a mobile crib (it has a ceiling fan too). On the ground floor, one of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. We have a full bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor. We have a microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, large grill/sandwich maker, new stove and large barbecue with grill and skewers. Other things to note We do not provide bed linens, towels or pillows. Our mattresses have protectors. The house has railings and pantographic doors for greater security of your belongings during the stay. We don't have a child safety screen Our accommodations are family-friendly and respect the peace of others, a requirement that is essential for a successful stay.
