There are 4 bedrooms. 2 first floor bedrooms with queen beds located near a full bath with a washer & dryer. Second floor bedroom with queen bed and a daybed with a full bath nearby. Take the ships ladder from the second floor to the 3rd floor to find a loft sleeping area among the tree tops and a lookout area over the 3 story living space. The home has some extra features like smart lighting, in-floor heating, sound system, smart tv with exceptional internet speed to stream all your favorite shows, and a custom built sauna. Enjoy photo worthy design & decor with stunning cabinetry, tiled showers with rain heads, and a custom designed & built stair railing out of a tree ring. Relax and recharge with a picturesque view of the woods watching the deer or listening to the birds sing. Take a stroll through the wooded neighborhood enjoying the many water points. Our outdoor area features a patio with 6 Adirondack chairs and a large Solo Stove fire pit and a gas grill. The large A patio has 4 cushioned chairs and 2 small tables to sip on your morning coffee or enjoy evening cocktails. The home comes with 2 The Pointe branded bicycles for local use if you wish to bike the nearby area or Egg Harbor to enjoy some shopping or dining. Other amenities provided: Beach/Sauna Towels, Games, Books, Barware, Coolers. Guest access You will be able to access the entire property.
