In addition, all essential amenities are conveniently close – such as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Our villa accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring a main house and an adjacent guest house. With 3 bedrooms with Queensize-beds and 2 bedrooms with Kingsize-beds, 4 bathrooms, an additional WC, 2 outdoor showers, and 3 kitchens, it offers unparalleled comfort. The main villa boasts a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with seaview and two bathrooms (including an en-suite) are nestled in the main house, while the guest house holds two more bedrooms with panoramic views and en-suite bathrooms as well as an indoor and outdoor kitchen. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. High-speed Starlink WiFi is also available, with full reception in all rooms and the entire outdoor area. Wide screens are available on request. This means that the villa is also ideal for home office use. The outdoor area consists of several patios with an infinity pool and a garden area. Start the day with exercises and meditation on the separate yoga terrace. The entire outdoor area offers you an unobstructed view of the sea and the mesmerizing sunsets, while being well protected from the wind. A stunning outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal barbecue provides a culinary experience complemented by two dining areas, cozy day beds and sun loungers. There is secure parking for up to 3 cars right outside the front door. If needed, there is additional parking spots above the guest house. The villa is equipped with a state of the art alarm system. Our dedicated housekeepers Agron and his wife Argjenda are always on hand to assist you and can arrange services such as transfers (e.g. airport transfers), cooking, barbecues and cleaning (against extra payment).
