Our home is cozy and charming. It consists of original artwork, cultural sculptures, and vintage teapots. Our home is very bright with natural sunlight in which we usually welcome by opening our blinds in the morning. The space PLEASE NOTE: As of May 27, 2024 check-in time will be 3pm and check out time is 12pm, noon. When you walk in our home, you may smell a lilac or peony candle, and you may hear a saxophone or violin cover to a popular song playing in the background. Our home is relaxing and peaceful. We invite you to join us. Guest access Guests have access to the living space shown in photos. Guests also have access to the refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet specifically designated for guests. Guest do not have access to stove, dishes, cookware, silverware, pantry, and cabinetry not specifically designated for guests. Everything that it complimentary for guests will be in the cabinet specifically designated for guests. During your stay We love socializing with guests. If you have downtime, you are more than welcome to spend time with us. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me via call or text. Other things to note Guests also have their very own personal room key to lock their room. Note: This bedroom is upstairs. ***This listing is not for the entire house. This listing is for a private room, private bathroom, shared spaces such as the living room, and listed amenities. The bathroom is not attached to the room. It is 3.5 ft directly across from the bedroom door. Note: The carpet on the floor is not as bright as the pictures. There are some stained spots due to filtration soiling from the vents, wear, and tear from family, friends, and other guests. If you decide to book this room, we ask you to please me mindful to refrain from staining the floor and white linens. There will be a fee associated with staining the linen and carpet. There is a guest guide in a beautiful gold tray on the bed when you enter the room and the house manual listed on the Airbnb app. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read them both. They have helpful information that will make your stay much more pleasant. 💥If you are interested in long term stays, more amenities such as washer, dryer, stove, and oven will be available to you. Just send an inquiry if you would like to stay long-term. I love animals ❤️ . However, this is my personal home, and I have severe allergies, particularly to animal fur and other health issues, so I can't accommodate them. Im so very sorry for any issue this may cause. We also use candles and other fragrances in our home. If you have a fragrance sensitivity, our home would not be suitable for you. Lastly, we choose not to include a cleaning fee to keep prices competitive and affordable. We ask that you place all garbage (i.e., empty cups, water bottles, shoe boxes, clothing tags, paper, etc) in the trash bins located in your room, your bathroom, kitchen, and large yellow trash bin outside. This keeps the home energetically clean and affordable. It is our personal home, so it is very discouraging to see trash on the floors, counters, and nightstands. If you do leave trash in the space, then there will be an extra $20 cleaning fee. We really truly want you to enjoy the space that we put so much care in providing for you.
