The space The Mill is a historic building that was once a bakery and supplied bread to the local area. It was restored keeping many original features, including the original machinery and bread oven which creates the wonderful atmosphere and rustic charm. The property has 10 steps leading up to the upper gardens and swimming pool area. The swimming pool is 6m x 4m, 1m to 1.6m in the deepest end, it is private and only used by guests occupying the house. The house is equipped with air-conditioning and heating. PETS: are allowed, on request. House consists of: Front entrance with a terrace and seating area. Ground floor: through the front door entrance leads to an open-plan fully fitted Kitchen, Living room and Dining room area with air-conditioning and heating. There is 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and heating, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with wash basin, shower, toilet and bidet. Up-stairs is the ensuite master bedroom with air-conditioning and heating, bathroom with wash basin, shower, toilet and bidet. On this upper level leads outside to a dining area, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool, gardens and lounging areas. Wifi speed 15.71 Mbps download and 9.22 Mbps upload. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Fans are supplied in the summer months. Nursery items: high chair and cot & linens can be requested for a small hire charge and can be arranged in advance. Please ask for further details. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance and access to the Mill house with private garden and private swimming pool. The owners live in the adjacent building and respect the privacy of their guests at all times but are at hand if anything is needed. Other things to note Guests are advised to travel with Health Insurance in case medical assistance is required. A car is required. Parties and entertaining of non paying guests is not allowed.
