Overlooking Crackington Haven beach this beautiful cottage provides a relaxing, comfortable home for your holiday. In summer with the fun of a Cornish beach holiday or a winter break with a roaring fire, Thatchways is a perfect spot to enjoy a quintessential Cornish holiday. Suitable for a large family or two smaller with 2 doubles, a small double, a twin room and a children's bunk room (accessible via one of the doubles), it sleeps max 9. The master bedroom is spacious with stunning views. The space The property is wonderfully secluded - reached by walking 10metres up the coast path and then up 60 steps to the garden. This means it is not suitable for those with mobility issues but it also means there are glorious views out over the bay with stunning sunsets in the evening and hours of fun watching surfers catch the waves from the viewpoint in the garden. It is a charming Enid Blyton like cottage built in the 1930s full of eclectic vintage furniture as well as brand new 5 ring electric cooker and all kitchen mod cons. Internet speeds are the best you can get locally but we deliberately do not provide a TV. Instead there are board games and an open fire to welcome you back on chillier evenings. Guest access A small room is private but otherwise all the house is accessible. Other things to note Access is via the footpath and 60 steps. Parking is provided but not adjacent to the house.
